ANSWER:

This is definitely a very good deed and you will be rewarded for this. Make your intention to please Allah by doing that. 

Do you get rewarded for cooking sahoor and waking your siblings for it? Also, do you get rewarded for cooking iftaar for your mother and siblings as well? Is it the type of reward that you have a similar reward as them or is it just an act of kindness to one another?
