No, these are not land of kufr as the majority living there are Muslims! The second step would be labeling the people of these countries as kafir!

dear sheikh, after now learning arabic more I have found out ibn saidi said that an islamic country is based on the ruling if its ruled by the sharia. Doesnt this make the most so called muslims lands are actually dar al kufr? like egypt, tunis, marocco.
