ANSWER:

It is sinful not to follow the laws but his fate is with Allah and no one has the right to judge whether his death was good or bad.

Day before yesterday my friend died in a road accident due to sever head injury and his brain came out of his head so some people are calling him a martyr because he died an unnatural death while other people are saying he will be held accountable for not wearing helmet on the day of judgment because he was ignorant. Please clarify if a person doesn’t wear a helmet is he sinful?
