ANSWER:

If he divorces her a civil divorce, this is also an Islamic divorce because he signed the papers and declared her divorced. 

Could you please tell me if a couple get married in both Islamic law and English law, does getting divorced in the English law only mean they are divorced also in Islamic law or will they still be married in the eyes of ALLAH SWT because the Islamic marriage is still in force ?
