I was watching a lie detector test and I watched the video and I believed the test tells the truth for a little bit but then I thought it may be against Islam so inside I started to convince myself that it doesn’t but my heart was still convinced that it does tell the truth. ANSWER: This is not shirk. The lie detector test is a scientific procedure where they determine if you are lying by the blood pressure, pulse rate etc and its not always accurate, hence its not shirk to believe in it or not.
