If some one plays quran recitation loudly in market place/car etc should the rest of people listen to it quietly or they can speak n carry out conversations during this recitation? The car/shop owner has played the recitation and rest of people are just being in the vicinity. What should be done in this case listen quietly to recitation and avoid conversations?

ANSWER: No problem in memorizing it at home as long as you know how to recite the Qur’an correctly. However, it’s best to have a qari supervise and listen to you. If this is not possible, you can listen to the qaris on any devices and learn the correct pronunciation from it.
