ANSWER: No problem in reciting as many surahs and as many rakahs as you want in taraweeh and this can be prayed both in congregation as well as individually but definitely it’s more rewarding if you prayed in congregation. The imam can hold the Qur’an or mobile and recite from it the longer surahs.
