Please can you tell me how the moon and the star came to be our symbol?

ANSWER: The moon and star are not symbols of Islam.

Sheikh we sometimes get left over food at home so every few day I go throw them in the park for the birds to eat, do I get rewarded for that.

My question is that here in India, it is becoming very trendy to play multi-platform games (quiz) wherein no fee/money is given but it’s online and on winning the game (answering few questions of GK/Movies etc.), some money is awarded which is deposited in e-wallet. Same is with paid online surveys. Is this money halal?

ANSWER: Answering quizes on movies and haram stuff is not permissible.

I did wudu twice and then when praying urine fell down my pants. I went to do wudu again and due to waswas I ended up saying If this happens again that means it’s a sign that Allah is not happy with me. It happened again now does this mean Allah is not happy and angry with me?

ANSWER: This is not an option! You must always maintain your Islamic principles or go back to your muslim country as immigrating to such countries is generally prohibited.

ANSWER: Animals know Allah and worship Him. However, there isn’t anything to prove that they also know Islam and the Prophet salla Allahu aliahi wa sallam as he was sent to the humans and the jinn only.

Is it considered showing off good deeds if one post reminders of fasting on mondays and Thursdays or the 3 white days?.. If one were to be asked “are you fasting ” this voluntary fasts,how should one reply?

ANSWER: This is not showing off. Voluntary good deeds should be concealed. If someone asks you, there is no problem in saying yes.

People here apply Kohl to baby’s eyes and they say that by applying this, as baby grows his eyes will become beautiful and big. They even stretch baby’s nose, fingers so the baby will get long nose and he will get good height. Is this allowed in Islam?
