Sheikh,I live in …..,here in k….. I see many Muslim youngsters join some groups to fight against the army and the government since the army will either toucher them or kill their loved once.. now my qn is what if these guys join those groups to fight back n die during the fight. Will they attain martyrdom? Or they will have some other reward from Allah?

ANSWER: If they are fighting for Islam and to defend themselves and their families, they will be considered as martyr. However, if fighting would only make things worse for themselves and for other civilians, they must not do this as the harm far exceeds the benefits. Sheikh, though I have no doubt that the blood of those Israeli settlers who publicly applaud the killing of Palestinians and support Israeli Army is halal, but what is the ruling regarding their women who do the same, harass our women and actively take part in “Death to Muslim” Procession? I want to ask if still Jihad for the sake of Allah is on or not? Nowadays people will say that Jihad is over like the Jihad of fighting the enemies of Allah and to make his words prevail? Jihad can’t be applied except under the flagship of a real Muslim ruler! It is always on and it can never be stopped or prevented as long as there are Muslims being oppressed!

Sheikh I would like to ask you a question. What do you think about Syrian Refugees? My Syrian Refugee sisters who lives in Turkey, Jordan et al now turned into prostitution. You knew what happened in Austria. Now sunni Muslims have no value. Sheikh I want to go to syria for jihad. What’s your opinion about it. I can’t help my emotions.
