Is it permissible to read quran loudly when someone next to you is sleeping and feeling disturbed. Because it is the only time she rest and refresh her for activities from busy scheduled life.If sleep is disturbed she remain lethargic for the next time.What is the rulling on it?

ANSWER: It’s not permissible to disturb others like this at all!

It has been difficult growing my beard because I’ve lost friends who mocked me, my own family always tell me to shave it, at bigger family gatherings I am always picked on for my beard and I even got rejected by a job and the man told me if I was to shave it I would of got the job. Sheikh, I want to start a workshop in my masjid about praying as per sunnah. As I’m not a scholar, so I want to convince the imam & team up with him. If the initiative gets successful then will go to other masjids. I want to do it for the sake of Allah but getting whispers of shaytan about showing off. I’m confused. What should I do? Pls advise.

ANSWER: This is an excellent thing to do providing you are knowledgable of what you are preaching and not just blindly following someone without proper knowledge from the Sunnah.

Alhamdulillah I am always trying to be a better Muslim, people are easily trusting me with their affairs, I know myself as not deserving but it is Allah’s Test. I am scared to betray their trust too. Is there any Du’a or something I can do about the fear. Please advise.

ANSWER: Do your best not to betray their trust and to be better than they think of you for the sake of Allah and ask Allah not to expose your flaws and shortcomings.

How to deal with a relative who sends a lot of long Islamic texts? I say Jazakallahukhayran every now and then, but my father who is less religious feels irritated (possibly religiously inferior) by this person. I know my beard makes him feel this sometimes. I also feel inferior sometimes when someone with higher iman lectures me.

ANSWER: There’s no need to feel inferior. You must work hard to reach higher level of iman. Rejecting truth and feeling this way about Islamic knowledge is a very negative sign of hypocrisy.

Is the hadith that says There will be a house in Jannah for those who give up arguing even if they’re right Authentic? So If I see someone saying something wrong & I disagree with them, Should I leave it on its own and not argue even if they’re wrong? I just wanna confirm if it is authentic so I won’t argue with anyone again over internet.

ANSWER: You should learn how to keep your distance from people and never to let your guard down. This way, even if you are stabbed in the back or betrayed, you were ready for that and won’t be hurt as much.

Sheikh,Is it logical to forgive someone who was backbiting about me? Because if I do not forgive, then it will be my advantage, because in the Hereafter I will get many good deeds of him, or he will get many of my sins.
