ANSWER: Whoever is breastfed by a woman five times, before the age of two years, becomes her child through breastfeeding and she becomes his mother. Her husband becomes a father to him through breastfeeding.

ANSWER: It is inappropriate and weird to drink. One should not drink it purposely for the sake of drinking it. While intercourse, sucking is allowed and if milk goes in the mouth there is no problem.

In islam, is it permissible to drink wife breast milk? If supposed drank the wife breast milk, will the relationship change from wife?

If it is medically safe, this is permissible.

My mother breastfeed my cousin 1/2times during childhood.She couldn’t remeber the number of sucklings.But one of my aunt told that,this was only 1/2.not more than two. In this case,is it permissible to marry her and is there any genetical problem if I marry her.?

If your mother suckled her 5 times or more when she was below 2 years, then she is your mahram. If not, then she is not your mahram and you can marry her.

I have a foster sister with whom I have shared her mother’s milk. As to my knowlwdge I cannot marry her. She has elder sister also who is 20 year older than her. My question is that can I marry the daughter of this elder sister. In short can i marry the niece of my foster sister?

If the mother suckled you 5 times or more when you were below 2 years, you are her son and all her daughters are your sisters. Therefore, this girl is your niece and you can’t marry her.
