If a kafir/murtad/munafiq strives for guidance, will Allah guide him back to the truth if he shows a willingness & tries to be as sincere as he can even though his heart is sealed. Or does Surah Al Ankaboot, Verse 69 only apply to muslims only?

If he is sincere and strives hard, Allah will guide him and unlock his heart.

can I say “assalamu alaikum” to one who rejects qadar, believes that he himself is the maker of his qadar, not the Almighty.

Such a person is not Muslim and he must be shown and given the evidences to prove that he is committing an act of apostasy.

Is it ok when public punishes someone even if he did blashpehmy? For example they kill him. Is it justified in islam?

This is not permissible. Punishing someone is up to the Muslim ruler, judge, or authorities of the country.

i have a family doctor and my father best friend who is ahmadya . And he use to give rice from hotel and that hotel is muslim ,in name of Allah every month . The rice he distributes to every 1 also to us as well ! Is those rice haram , just because he is ahmadya … what to be done with those rice ??

The rice is permissible, in sha Allah. However, you must cut all relationships with this apostate.

What is the ruling on one who says that there is only 3 obligatory prayers and not 5? Can we call him a Kafir.

We don’t call people as such before fulfilling the conditions and ensuring there are no obstacles. If the scholars spoke to him and clarified things to him but he still insists on that, such a person would be considered as a kafir.

i just wanted to find out information on Apostasy, i wanted to know the circumstances of it such as if a person changes faith and actively tries to attack the faith and muslims would the penalty be then applied or is it simply for leaving the faith?

The penalty can only be applied by the Muslim ruler.

someone I knew said they r Muslim but dont believe stories. When I asked them what exactly they meant they made 2 points: 1)stories as Noah livin 4 100s of yrs,miracles of Jesus and so seem unreal2)there is a God, but He just “watches” us and really doesn’t control us on earth. Do beliefs make him a kaffir?how 2make them believe in stories? dont we have freewill meaning God does watch us only?

This is not to be judged by us. This is in the hands of a righteous muslim leader after consulting judges! Those who participated in killing him are murderers.
