ANSWER:

There are two opinions about this, one is that it should be recited after Asr and the second is that it should be recited after maghrib.

Both opinions are correct, you can choose any of these. 

 

Can you please tell me when is the evening Adhkar after maghrib or Isha prayer???

As we know raising hands for dua is better answerable to Allah. So is it better to raise our two hand while we do dua as morning & evening adhkar??
