You clean your private part before beginning ghusul and this is sufficient!

Can we touch our private part to wash when we pour water 3 times right side and then left side? touching it will invalidate our wu’du if we do wudu before ghusl, or can i just straight away pray after ghusl or should i perform back wudu to pray?
