Debts must first be taken from the wealth of the deceased before any distribution takes place. After that, we execute his will if he had donated anything out of his 1/3.

After that, whatever remains is distributed among the heirs in accordance to the Quran and sunnah.

Can legal heirs donate from the estate after the testator’s death? If so how would then be the property distributed if there is loan and bequest to be paid?
