ANSWER:

It is permissible to recite these surahs as a form of adkhar and also permissible to do all the other adkhar. 

The prohibition is in reciting Qur’an during major sexual impurity for both men and women.

Can a spous(female) recite surah e sajda or surah e mulk from mobile after having intercourse without taking ghusul(bath), And all other adhkar before sleeping without removing her ritual impurity?
