ANSWER:

If you’re praying in congregation, behind the Imam then you must follow him and pray in full. 

You can pray voluntary prayers and night prayers except for thuhur, Maghreb and Isha voluntary prayers.

 

 

Brother, during the Umra one has to do full salat or will shorten it if come from outside KSA i.e India? Can we perform sunnah/ extra salat or Tahajjud during Umra if stay in Mecca or Madinah?

Shaykh, we have two Jumu’ahs near my workplace, which one is better: To pray the first Jumu’ah even though I will be outside and will not hear any of the khutbah at all I will simply just pray the two rak’ahs, or pray the second jumu’ah inside the masjid and be able to listen to the entire khutbah?
