Assalamualikum sheikh I have a work during Ramadan after iftar so it’s ok for me to pray isha with jama nd then finish the work and join again with jama to pray taraweeh ?sometimes I may reach and see taraweeh is finished ,is it ok for me if I pray alone?

Wa alaikum salam,
This is permissible as long as you pray each prayer on time in congregation. Taraweeh is not mandatory.
