ANSWER:

One should clear all his debts before going for hajj or Umrah. If these debts are being paid in installments and going to hajj or Umrah wouldn’t affect paying them on time, this is permissible. Missed days of fasting has no impact on it. 

Alhamdulilah..i am going for umrah next mth in shaAllah. Do i’ve to clear any liabilities b4 going for umrah? like debt. also i’ve 7 fast to take which i missed.do i have to take that? My sister has bank loans to clear. Can she do hajj before clearing that?
