He is sinful and accountable by law to pay. However, this doesn’t deprive him from his rights to meet his girls and to be with them.

File a case against him at court demanding that he pays the backpay of 5
years and to ensure he pays on regular basis from now on.

After five years of no contact and maintenance, ex comes back and after two months of saying he’ll start paying up and disappearing,now says we dont have right to demand,he will pay when he wants to, but first he wants to meet the girls.Isn’t this wrong? Dont my brothers and father have a right to say first pay up to this horrible excuse of a father!? Five years sheikh!
