A person had about a hundreed or more fasts pending for masturbating in ramdhan.He was unable to finish as he had O level exams this year.Is this a valid reason not to pay fidya for delaying fast.I know there is no strong evidence for fidyah,but I want to be on the safe side and pay if I have to.So please answer accordingly.Is my excuse of exams a valid excuse for delaying ramadhan fasts?

He mentioned, if you intend to fast the 13th, 14th, and 15th of the month, and it falls on a Friday or Saturday you should not fast those days.
