An accused is innocent until proven guilty. You didn’t hear it’s confession nor provided 2 witnesses that it committed such a crime!

A male cat that hangs out in my neighborhood and has been extremely gentle with humans, has done something extremely unexpected: killed 4 out 5 kittens! So my idea is to EXECUTE him. However, infanticide, is unfortunately very common among animals, it’s in their nature. So, considering that infanticide is in their nature, if we can find a quick and painless method, can we execute him or not?
