ANSWER:

You cannot take an advance payment or sell something that you do not possess. 

A customer says he wants to buy some goods from me which are actually not with me and with someone else. Can I take some amount of advance from him so that I get sure that he will purchase those goods from me so that I buy them for him. Also, can I take the complete amount of goods in advance?
