ANSWER:

This is absolutely prohibited and they are sinful and they would be living in zina if they started living together because this is not a marriage, rather it’s a mockery of Allah’s laws! 

4-5 people told me that if a girl and boy is in a serious relationship , if they said ” qabool hai ” 3 times as per conditions of nikkah , without signature on nikkah papers and even there is no witness of this act , they are considered as nikkahfied . This is true or not ? nikkah like this without any paper or witness is accpetable in islam ? Kindly guide me .
