No, this is not shirk as Prophet salla Allahu Alaihi wa sallam said there’s is cure in zam zam water by the will of Allah and it is with whatever intention you drink it for (Zamzam water is for that for which it is drunk)

Is it a shirk if i believe that zam zam water will cure my pimples or scars from my face ???
