Is it shirk ask for help from anyone other than Allah? surah fatiha ayat translation “It is You we worship and You we ask for help” for example asking anyone during difficulty ” can you help me?”

ANSWER:
Asking others for help in what they are capable of helping with is not shirk. When you ask someone to help you carry a box, this is not shirk because he can help! But if you ask him to cure your child or to bring life to the dead, this is shirk.
