Their’s a hadith where the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, that there will be a time in his Ummah when four things will be sought to become lawful including, fornication, silk, alcohol and the musical instruments. It has been said that the part of music instrument was reported by Hisham ibn ammaar who used to make up more than 400 hadith himself. Does it make this hadith weak?

This is a blatant lie! The hadeeth is in Saheeh Al Bukhari and only ignorants believe such nonsense.
The 4 schools of thought all agree that musical instruments are prohibited in Islam.
