15 Jumada al-Thani 1442
I have all conditions to give my husband khula but I have a 3 yr old daughter whose custody my husband & inlaws aren’t giving me,they’re rich people.Do you think it’s permissible by Allah swt for me to not give khula for my daughter’s sake?I have done isteqara,didn’t get any answer,but a chain of situations just made me come back with to my husband.

The custody is yours islamically and even in most countries that are not
Islamic.
