It is the duty of the father to support his children until they become independent and can earn themselves.

Having said that, it is the father’s right to see his children once a week if they are living in the same town. The mother has not right in preventing him from seeing them unless there are reasons that would allow the judge to rule such a ruling.

I have divorce from my wife and the childrens are living with their mother, Though I am paying maintenance for the childrens, but I only have very little contact with them, their mother said that I am still responsible for them. could you please tell me what are the ruling in this case. I would want to elaborate more once I have some clarification.
