It is not permissible at all to sit at the same table where alcohol or haram food is being served, let alone pay for it! 

‪When we go out for business dinners with non Muslims, they usually drink, for sure we don’t pay for that, but if they eat food, like for example, we’re in a fine dining restaurant which doesn’t serve halal, I eat fish or vegetarian food. ‬ ‪But the other person eats chicken or meat which isn’t halal or at least we aren’t sure if it’s halal. Can we pay for the food
